This Refund Policy applies to all bookings, services, and engagements arranged through Smooth Operator LA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits & Payments
To secure a booking, a deposit or advance payment may be required. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable

Remaining balances are due according to the terms of the booking agreement
3. Cancellations by Client
If a client cancels a confirmed booking:

More than 30 days before the event: Partial refund may be issued, excluding deposit

15–30 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable; additional payments may be partially refundable at our discretion

Less than 15 days before the event: No refunds will be issued
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
4. Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made more than 15 days before the event may be accommodated without penalty

Requests made within 15 days of the event may incur additional fees or require forfeiture of deposit
5. Cancellation by Smooth Operator LA
In the unlikely event we must cancel a performance due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will:

Offer a full refund of any payments received, or

Work with the client to reschedule the performance at a mutually agreed date
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., venue fees, equipment rentals, travel expenses).
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions
-
Power outages
-
Illness, injury, or emergencies

Acts of God or other unforeseeable events
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a fair resolution where possible.
7. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a performance or service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
8. Digital or Promotional Content (If Applicable)
If the website offers digital content, merchandise, or promotional materials in the future:

Refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the point of purchase
9. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks so we can resolve issues fairly and quickly.
